Career-Our Offer
MJA Climate & Energy is a lean, globally‑connected consultancy that sits at the cutting edge of Asia’s climate‑energy transformation. Built deliberately “sui generis,” the firm is small‑team enough to stay agile while earning the trust of international funders and multilateral partners to steer multi‑country programs—from the Clean Heat Accelerator, where MJA’s Vietnam Representative Office leads in‑country strategy, to the Legacy Solar Panel Reuse Initiative, a joint effort with WRI that maps second‑life PV assets across the Philippines and Thailand. Joining MJA means entering an ecosystem that prizes insight, autonomy and integrity; ideas move fast, and performance is visible.
