PRAGMATIC ACHIEVEMENTS

Clean Heat and Industrial Decarbonization 

    • Completed Clean Heat White Paper and concept note, forming the technical foundation for the Asia Clean Heat Accelerator Coalition (2026).

    • Supported over 40 industry consultations across Vietnam, Indonesia, and the Philippines, identifying feasible pilot technologies (solar-thermal, heat pumps).

    • Secured US $3 million in corporate pledges and US $200 k co-funding from WRI Polsky toward pilot preparation.

Supply-Chain Decarbonization and SME Capacity 

    • Delivered three national training programs in Vietnam and the Philippines with > 190 participants.

    • Developed sector-specific INCODE training modules and case studies linking clean-heat and RE solutions to supply-chain competitiveness.

    • Generated follow-up requests from 25+ firms for technical or financing assistance.

Regional and Global Policy Engagement

    • Represented partners at COP28, ACEF 2023, UN APAC Climate Week, and multiple ASEAN-level events.

    • Provided policy and finance inputs to the Global Climate Action Partnership (GCAP), ensuring Southeast Asia’s priorities were reflected in global platforms.

    • Authored multiple strategy papers for ACEC and AENZ that shaped advocacy with ASEAN ministries and utilities.

Regional and Global Policy Engagement

Institutional and Operational Growth

    • Established the Vietnam Representative Office (Hanoi, 2024) to serve as a Southeast Asia operations base.

    • Expanded team capacity through high-trust, cross-functional project management systems and secondment arrangements.
