Our Hanoi-based representative office anchors MJA’s in-country delivery and coordination in Vietnam and the Greater Mekong region. It supports project contracting, secondment of experts, and government liaison for regional programs.

MJA’s Vietnam office provides an operational bridge for regional initiatives:

  • Contracting and Coordination – Administers vendor and staffing arrangements for projects across Vietnam; coordinates with local agencies and utilities.

  • Secondment Vehicle – Hosts policy engagement and technical staff seconded to WRI and Tara programs.

    • Rooftop Solar Cooperation Webinar (2023) – Brought together Chinese EPCs and Southeast Asian solar stakeholders to discuss financing mechanisms.

    • C&I Clean Heat Consultations (2023) – Conducted industry dialogues on industrial electrification and efficiency.

    • Agrivoltaics Regional Scoping (2023–present) – Mapped enabling policies and investor interest in Vietnam’s agri-energy landscape.
