We co-create and structure multi-stakeholder consortia that accelerate innovation and investment in clean energy. Our consortium design process aligns funders, research institutions, and implementers under shared impact goals.


MJA supports the design and operationalization of collaborative investment platforms:

  • Asia Agrivoltaics Initiative (2023–present) – Co-developed with WRI China and AENZ as a transaction-support platform to catalyze agrivoltaic investment across Southeast Asia.

  • Finance Innovation Lab (AENZ, Tara Climate Foundation, 2023–present) – Structured as a fund-of-funds concept to test blended-finance models for renewable deployment; convened anchor partners from philanthropy and finance.

  • CITA Regional Scoping (2023) – Supported consortium ideation for WRI’s Corporate and Industrial Transition Accelerator, linking partners in Indonesia, Vietnam, and the Philippines.

  • Outputs: Concept notes, governance frameworks, and partnership terms of reference that underpin new coalitions and financing platforms.
